Tautuaa had an outstanding performance this game. He scored 20 points against the Ginebras. Ginebra’s starting 5 are Tenorio, Pringle, Aguilar, Thompson and Tolentino while the San Miguel started with Cabagnot, Ross, Tautuaa, Lassiter, and Santos. But, Ginebra suffers a shooting slump after only shooting from the field goal. When the game started Aguilar opened the scoreboard for the Kings when driving to the basket while being contested by Tautuaa. Then, the San Miguel countered as Cabagnot drives to the basket scoring a layup. Lassiter took the lead for the Beermen by scoring outside the paint. Then Tautuaa scores his first bucket of the game assisted by Cabagnot in the paint. The half of the game was then dominated by the two players from both teams as Tautuaa leads the San Miguel team while Aguilar leads the Kings team. Pringle dribbling lead his way on to the other court, his handles are fantastic and eventually he scored at the basket and the 1st quarter ended with a score that is in favor of San Miguel which is 22-27.

As the 2nd quarter started, Pringle opens the game by scoring for the Kings, Lassiter scored a midrange jumper extending the San Miguel’s lead to 3 then scoring 2 straight threes which was incredible that caused Ginebra to take a timeout. The San Miguel team dominated the 2nd quarter making it difficult for the Ginebras to do a comeback. 2nd quarter then ended marking the end of the 1st half which still favors the San Miguel team by a score of 36-53. In the 1st half the San Miguel scored 5 points because of turnovers. Tautuaa and Aguilar were the leading scorers for both teams as Tautuaa scores 14 points while Aguilar scoring 10 points.

The 3rd quarter then started as Aguilar blocks Lassiter’s layup.  Cabagnot opens up the scoring drought for 1:08 as he runs to the basket scoring 1 as he got fouled by Tolentino. The San Miguel started the 3rd quarter losing possession by turnovers. Thompson then scored the first 3 point shot of the 3rd quarter, bringing down the lead. Ginebra’s points drastically goes up as the San Miguel continue to giving up turnovers which then leads to Ginebra’s shooting the ball. Ginebra’s ball movement then made the lead go down to 6 points. Thompson proceeds to extend the score by scoring a 3-point bringing down the lead to only 3 points with score of 53-56. The San Miguel then stays scoreless for 6 minutes until Gamalinda ends it by scoring. Chris Ross then scores a layup extending the lead as the Ginebra scoring run ends. The 3rd quarter then ended with the score of 56-64 in favor of San Miguel.

In the 4th quarter, Tenorio returns to play in the court as he was rested by coach Tim Cone for a time during the 3rd quarter. It remains very close as both teams didnt have success to score from a field goal but only scoring from free throw lines. The San Miguel team began to score repeatedly extending the lead in which makes it impossible for the Ginebra to do a comeback ending the game with a score that still favors  San Miguel with a score of 66-81 . Tautuaa leads the San Miguel scoring 20 points while the top player of the other team, Aguilar scored 13 points for the Ginebra team.
